Refund and Returns Policy for Veridex Market Ltd

This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which Veridex Market Ltd (“Veridex Market”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) accepts returns and issues refunds. By purchasing products from Veridex Market, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe
    • You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product.
    • Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
  2. Condition of Items
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging, including all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories.
    • Free from any signs of damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
    • If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, please see Section 2.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software, digital products, or any product that is non-physical in nature
    • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products) once opened
    • Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on the product page

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  1. Reporting a Defect or Damage
    • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
    • Provide clear photographs of the defect or damage and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Verification & Resolution
    • Once we receive your report, our Customer Support team will review your claim.
    • If approved, we will, at our discretion:
      • Provide a prepaid shipping label for the defective item;
      • Send a replacement of the same product (subject to availability); or
      • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  3. Proof of Purchase
    • To process any claim, a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required.

3. Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return
    • Email our Customer Support team at contact@veridexmarket.com or call us at +44 7537 171331 with:
      • Your order number
      • Item(s) you wish to return
      • Reason for return
    • Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  2. Packaging & Shipping
    • Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible).
    • Include all original accessories, manuals, and packing materials.
    • Affix the return shipping label provided by Veridex Market (if supplied). If a prepaid label is not provided, you are responsible for shipping costs (see Section 4).

  4. Shipment Tracking
    • We recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing insurance for your return shipment.
    • Veridex Market is not responsible for items lost in transit if a prepaid label was not provided.

4. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  1. Customer-Paid Returns
    • Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (see Section 2), you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. Prepaid Return Labels
    • For valid defective or damaged claims, we may provide a prepaid return label. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  3. Restocking Fee
    • Restocking is 100% free on any item’s.
    • Any restocking fee will not be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Refund Process

  1. Inspection & Approval
    • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 7–10 business days.
    • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  2. Refund Amount
    • If approved, your refund will include the purchase price of the item, minus:
      • Any restocking fee (if applicable); and
      • Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).
    • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  3. Processing Time
    • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
    • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

  1. Availability
    • We do not process direct exchanges online. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process (Section 3) to obtain a refund, then place a new order.
  2. Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items
    • If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, you may either wait for restock or receive a refund once your return is approved.

7. Cancellations

  1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
    • If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at contact@veridexmarket.com.
    • If the order has not yet processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund, including shipping charges (if already paid).
  2. Order Cancellation After Shipping
    • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must follow the return process upon receiving the item.

8. International Orders

  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes
    • For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
    • These charges are not refundable by Veridex Market, even if the order is returned or canceled.
  2. Return Shipping
    • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
    • We recommend obtaining a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance for international returns.

9. Damaged or Lost Returns

  1. Responsibility
    • If you used your own shipping method (i.e., not a prepaid label provided by Veridex Market), you bear the risk of loss or damage during transit.
    • We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service.
  2. Lost Shipments
    • If your return is lost in transit, we may require proof of shipment or a claim with the shipping carrier.
    • Refunds cannot be issued for items that are lost by the customer’s chosen carrier.

10. Policy Updates

  • Veridex Market reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be posted on our website, and the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this Policy will reflect the revision date.
  • Your continued use of our services after any posted changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
